LVX | Summer 2016 Collection Swatches & Review

**Products Provided**
Hey everyone! Happy Fathers Day! For the last few weeks it has been an incredibly hectic. As a teacher, I have been preparing my students for graduation, which is exciting and stressful all at once. So I really didn't have much time for my nails, only when I can. Now that I have a little more freedom I can now get back to posting some swatches and reviews. For todays post I have some swatches from shopLVX new '16 summer collection.
The colors are absolutely beautiful and unique for the summer. I can definitely see myself when these more than once. Produced in the USA, the collection is made up of six beautiful cremes that give you that springy feel. These polishes have a chip resistant, 5-free, vegan, and cruelty-free (more info here). So let's check out the beauties:
Saffron- is a gorgeous vivid golden orange creme. I rarely like orange or yellow shades but this is one I really love. The formula was perfection and was super easy to apply. This is two coats sealed with top coat.
Since it's Father's Day, I though this would be the perfect she to use for the occasion. Using Saffron as the base, which is two coats.Once that was set, I dried brush using OPI A Mirror Escape. I then stamped some really cute design using Bundle Monster Daddy's Girl, part of their Occasion stamping set. I then sealed the design with top coat.
Lush- is a lovely muted minted green creme and one of my favorites shades for the summer. I was impressed how perfect it looked in one coat. The formula was perfection and was super easy to apply. This is two coats sealed with top coat.
Bon Bon- is a really pretty whimsical pink creme and another favorite of mine. This is a shade that replicate Pantone color of the year. The formula on this polish is amazing and applied smoothly on the nails. So opaque it's perfect for stamping! This is two coats, sealed with top coat.
Serene- is a whimsical sky blue and one of my top faves. This is another perfect shade that replicates Pantone color of the year. The formula on this polish is amazing and applied smoothly on the nails. This is two coats sealed with top coat.
La Mer- is described as a gallant ocean blue and very fitting for the season. The formula on this polish is amazing and applied smoothly on the nails. So opaque it's perfect for stamping! This is two coats, sealed with top coat.
Coquelicot- is a vivacious orange creme. It is perfectly bright and fitting for the summer. The formula on this polish is amazing and applied smoothly on the nails. This is two coats sealed with top coat.
For this look I decided to go of simplicity. So I applied two coats of Coquelicot. Once that was set, I've been dying to use one of Whats Up Nails Art Deco nail vinyls. I then sponge a seemingly holo gold polish and sealed it with top coat.
Overall I am very impressed with LVX polishes and their unique colorsTheir formula requires minimal coats, which makes the application easier and fast drying time. You can purchase on their website here for $18.00 each.
