Make Me Cosmetics Nail Polish | Swatches & Review + Nail Art Part 1

Hey everyone! Hope all of you are having a wonderful weekend! I finally have some down time for several blog postings, including this one, which I will cutting in two parts. For today's post, I have a not-so-new-to-me brand called Make Me Cosmetics Collection. Based in Chicago, IL this a very fairly new indie brand created by Elaine.
Sold exclusively online, their polishes range from all sorts of colors and formulas, and all 5-free and cruelty freeI'm mostly impressed with the quality and formula on these polishes, which I'm excited to share them with you all! So let's get to it:
Darkness Fall- is a black creme nail polish. I'm so impressed with the formula it is a dream, very creamy. The application was absolutely amazing, smooth like butter! You definitely can get away with a one coater, however for the swatch I applied two coats sealed with top coat.
For this look I wanted to recreate a look I've done last spring. I loved it so much I wanted to update it and knew this was the perfect polish to use. For the base I used two coats of Darkness Fall. Once completely dried, I then add a few small dots using a lime Bundle Monster green polish. I even added several different florals using some of the colors from Make Me Cosmetics Collection., sealed with top coat.
Sweet Cotton- is white creme nail polish and it's very bright, compared with most of my white polishes. The formula on this polish is incredible! I am pleasantly surprise how smooth it even applies, with no streaks. This is two coats, sealed with top coat.
Metal Candy- is a purple glitter topper made up of tiny silver glitters and larger gunmetal gray hex glitters in a sheer, purple tinted base. The base is little thin and runny, which makes the glitter sink to the bottom. However applying a few coats makes a great topper. Alone I would suggest using a makeup sponge for a full coverage. Watched below is a few coat over Sweet Cotton, sealed with top coat.
Inspire Me- is a really pretty lilac creme with subtle of shimmers throughout the polish. The formula on this polish is pretty good. I had no problems with streaking or staining at all. You will probably need more than one coat for full coverage. This is three coats sealed with top coat.

Make'em Wonder- is a gorgeous light purple creme and one shade perfect for this season. The application was absolutely amazing, smooth like butter! You definitely can get away with a one coater, however for the swatch I applied two coats sealed with top coat.
Respect My Cuteness- is a really pretty fuchsia creme with subtle of purple shimmers throughout the polish. The formula on this polish is pretty good. I had no problems with streaking or staining at all. This is two coats sealed with top coat.
I Am Legend- is a really gorgeous bright berry-colored-pink creme. The formula on this polish is exceptionally good. I had no problems with streaking or staining at all. This is two coat sealed with top coat.

For this look I previously wanted to create a floral look on all the nails. Instead I left it for one nail and the rest some glittery accents using Serendipity Sunshine Rainbow and Whats Up Nails diamond nail vinyl.
Promise Me Forever- is pink neutral creme, that is bold and girly. It another favorite of mine and wonderful color that can be used all year round. The formula was perfection and was super easy to apply. This is two coats sealed with top coat.
For this look, I used a floral stamping pattern from PUEEN | Lover 02 Nature stamping plate. I used gold and white stamping polishes to create the look. I then added a floral charm on the ring finger, sealed with top coat.
ButtNaked- is a gorgeous nude creme with subtle of shimmers throughout the polish. This is another favorite color of mine. I can't describe how amazing this shade looks in person. The formula and application was completely smooth. This is two coats, sealed with top coat.
Slient Affect- is a gorgeous light yellow creme made with subtle iridescent shimmers throughout the polish. The formula on this polish is pretty good. I had no problems with streaking or staining at all. You will probably need more than one coat for full coverage. This is three coats sealed with top coat.
Overall I am very impressed with Make Me Cosmetics Collection polishes and their beautifully unique colors. Their formula requires minimal coats, which makes the application easier and fast drying with a glossy look. You can purchase on their website here for $7.00 each.
