Hey everyone! Hopefully you all had a wonderful weekend. It was a bit gloomy all this week and cold. Which I don't have problem, expect for the rain haha! So for today's post I have another mani swap with a talented nail artist in instagram, Kiersten from @build_a_nail. I have an exciting post for you guys today.
As for the forefinger, I applied three coats of Super Black Lacquer Boss Lady. Once the polishes are completely dried, on Baker Street, I applied one coat of Zoya 18k Gold Foil Top Coat; then added a dollar sign nail charm from Hex Nail Jewelry. For the marble I used the same technique here, using Black Hole, Baker Street, Boss Lady and Snow White.
And for the gradient, I used Madam Glam Black Hole and Baker Street. Lastly, I sealed the design with H K Girl Top Coat, that's it! Overall I loved how this design looks and came out. It's definitely one design would love to recreate in different shades.
Above is Kiersten's solo shot. She recreated one of my top favorite
designs, and they look amazing on her. She did a beautiful job, she is
so talented! I'm so happy to have done this with her, definitely one
She's incredibly talented and has an eye for color and designs, definitely one to follow! For the mani swap she choose to recreate my tweed nails that I looove to do. I am overly obsessed with tweed nails lately and they look incredible on her.
I really had a hard time picking a design to recreate, but I completely fell over heals with her blue and gold design she did for her birthday (shown on the collage). I even wanted to try out the marble design. First I applied each nail with a different colored base: two coats of Madam Glam Black Hole for the pinky, Madam Glam Snow White for the ring finger and Nails Inc. Baker Street.
