Appliq Nail Art Wraps: Marbled & Colorful Leaves

Hey everyone! Before I begin, I revamped my blog entirely! I thought it was time to make it look a bit more modern, and less tacky than my last design. So I hope you guys like it?! Now for the nail wraps. I'm super excited to showcase a new nail art wraps called Appliq. But these are not your average nail wraps, nor are they stickers or vinyls.
Based in Brooklyn, NY, these are exclusively printed with real nail polish...YES! Making them the next level nail art wraps out there! With tons of unique designs and patterns, even collaborations with the best artist out there (and not just nail artist). The founder is by, non other than one of my top fave nail artist, Kelsey from Mani Meuse.
This set is called Colorful Leaves designed by, your one and only, ME! :D. This design was inspired by a pattern I've kept on my computer for a long time. It was one of those designs I wanted to create, but forgotten. So when I was going to review for Appliq, I took the opportunity to final have this design on my nails, using Appliq's design your own wraps page (link here).
The link to create your design was very easy to use, and it was also fun to see how creative I can be. For this design, I wanted a few of the nails to have a half solid color. This way I can accent the design by adding some studs. I really loved how these came out!
This set is called Marbled designed by Appliq. Faux water spotted nails with no clean up?! I'm in! This design is perfect for this season, even with realism water spotted colors. I really loved these wraps, it remind me of one I did last year. I even wanted to add golden square studs to accent them.
Now for the most anxious part of the process... the top coat. As suggested from their site, you can apply gel top coat for a long lasting wear. However, the first wraps I tried worked amazingly with regular top coat, which I used  K B Shimmer Top Coat, and the second wraps with ASP Soak Off Gel Polish Top Coat.
Well I definitely think I found a resolution for the top coat experiments: CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat. It was one the top coat I used for both of these wraps. Not only did they not crumple and wrinkle, it also works as a gel top coat. Each of the wraps lasted almost a week on without any issues. The best thing, there was no curing under UV/LED light needed (I purchased these on Premier Nail Source for $4.95. You must login in order to purchase and see the prices).
You can purchase the sets from Appliq for $15.00 (well worth the price, considering that they are not your average nail wraps), and be sure to follow for more updates and photos here:
