Summery Color Blocking Nails

  **Products given as a gift**
Hey everyone! When thinking long and hard for a really cute design to do with Urban Decay Electric Trio Set, I realized I haven't done color blocking in a very long time. It was one of the first designs I've ever done when I started my nail art journey.
Most of all the colors were such inspiration, I really wanted to showcase how beautiful they look together. Including how fun they for the summer! Before I begin, don't' forget check out the individual gorgeous colors here
To do these nails, I first applied two coats of Essie Good As Gold as my base color, and two coats of Urban Decay Goldmine. Once the polish was completely dried, which is the most important part, I will be placing the stripping to create the shapes. I didn't want to remove to much focus on the gold, so I added two stripping tapes, to make the gap thicker.
That way the glitter can be seen. Once I had the stripping tape placed, I lightly added the colors using a nail art brush. The colors used is at least a few coats for coverage, is Urban Decay Woodstock and Deep End.
Once the colors was set I carefully removes the stripping tapes, and I sealed the design with H K Girl Top Coat. Overall, I love...loooovve how these came out. The colors combinations are my favorite and super cute for the summer. I would definitely try color blocking technique again, even though I would have to work with stripping tape again! :D
Hope all of you enjoyed my post today!
