Hi guys! I have some swatches and review for you today, and maybe some, nail art along with it! ;D I will like to introduce a new indie polish brand called AAspire Nail Lacquer. The creator of this brand is April Watkins from Maryland, and she creates shades and aims to inspire through her shades of color.
AAspire Nail Lacquer is cruelty free, fast drying and vegan friendly. As Zoya likes to name her polishes after female names, April names hers with male names. Moreover, I truly loved the colors she sent me for review. So bright and great for the summer! So let get to the beauties:
Kofi- is a gorgeous bright tangerine coral crelly. This one leans more of an orange more than a pink, for me. The formula on this polish was very good. It can be considered in between a jelly and a creme, but easy to apply. The first coat is very shear. However, I used two more coats for opacity and sealed it with top coat. Such a great color for the summer! (It is slightly darker than the photo!)
Brody- is a beautiful vibrant fiery red . Definitely one of my favorites. I've even considered to create a cute strawberry design with this shade. The formula on this polish was perfect and smooth. No sheerness or streaks. I used two coats for opacity, sealed with top coat. (It is slightly darker than the photo!)
Cruz- is a soft light pink crelly, leaning more towards a baby pink. It's such a beautiful color and the consistency was on the okay side. Although I love the color, it was definitely streaky after one coat. I used three more thin coats for opacity and sealed it with top coat.
As I was swatching, I knew the perfect design to do, with this shade. My inspiration came from a cake I saw on a blog and knew it would be perfect. I loved how girly it looks!
AAdan- Is a bright grass green crelly. Formula was very smooth and easy to apply. However, it was necessary for more than one coat for full opacity. There was no hint of yellow undertone that many green polishes normally have, making it the ideal shade, in my opinion. This was three to four coats, sealed with top coat.
As for the design, I was browsing through the web and saw this really cute phone case, with unique designs, and knew it was perfect to recreate. Although the color is not the same, I wanted to see how it would turn out. And I have say, I really like it!
