Geometric Nails

**Nothing to Disclose**
Hi, everyone! Hope all of you had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!! I know I did! ;D Anywho, for today I wanted to get away from the color green, I've been seeing lately, and went for something more bright. Just a few weeks ago I finally got my hands on with China Glaze Spring City Flourish Collection sets. They were sold out everywhere, and I loved the colors soo much, I went beyond to get them. I was desperate!
As I was looking through the colors, I knew two that would be perfect for a design I had in mind. Normally, I would seek inspiration, but these were one of my "head popper" ideas. I also had a very hard time naming it. The more I looked at them, the more geometriced it looked; hence the name!;)
Although I do love all of their shades (which is why I purchased them), I wanted to use these two first. And honestly it was annoying difficult to photograph. And yes I did read some of the reviews from of the other bloggers, but I really managed the formula problem.
To start the base, I first applied two coats of China Glaze Lotus Begin. Once the polish was completely dried, I then added stripping tape to form the lines, for the designs. For the tip of the nail, I applied a coat of Sinful Colors Black on Black.
Using a nail art brush, I applied China Glaze At a Vase Value, on the sides. I then, slowly remove each of the tapes on the nails. For the striping design, I freehand each the lines using a Sinful Colors Black and Black.
Lastly, I sealed the design with Duri- Super Fast Dry Through Top Coat, that's it! Overall I loved the finished look, despite the annoying photography. If you like this design, check out the tutorial I made: here
Hope all of you enjoyed my post today!
